30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Normal use to try your ChillSip is allowed. Clean and dry the bottle and include the lid, base and supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful but not required.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and request.
2. We provide a prepaid return label and the authorized return address. OWAVES pays the return shipping.
3. Pack the complete product securely, use the provided label and retain tracking.

We process refunds to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after receiving and checking the return. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Accidental damage, deliberate misuse and missing components may affect the refundable amount; we explain any issue before applying an adjustment. Defects and shipping damage are handled at no cost to you. Do not send returns to an address without authorization.
