Why is the first-wave price so low?
The first 1,000 bottles are a market-feedback edition, priced a first-wave promotional price below the listed regular price. The allocation is shared across every color and capacity. Limit one bottle per customer. Honest feedback is optional.

Your selected color and capacity go straight to checkout. Review your address, tax and final total before paying. There is no shopping-cart page in between and no recurring subscription.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Free standard shipping to the US and Canada. Handling: 1–3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: US 2–4 business days; Canada 5–6 business days. Carrier tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Can I return a bottle after trying it?
Yes. Request your return within 30 days of delivery, then clean and dry the bottle and include its supplied components. OWAVES provides a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and checked.
Where can I find operating and care information?
The product images and videos are illustrations. Our cooling record lists its specific prototype setup and readings. For care, operating conditions and readiness guidance, consult the specifications and supplied unit instructions.
How do I get warranty help?
