OWAVES sells ChillSip in USD. Select a color and capacity before ordering. The checkout displays the product price, applicable tax and final total before payment. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

First-wave offer

The first 1,000 bottles across all colors and capacities are offered at a first-wave promotional price below the listed regular price to collect product and market feedback. Limit one first-wave bottle per customer, checked using account or order email. Feedback is optional; a positive review is never required. Launch prices: 16 oz $19.90, 24 oz $20.90, 32 oz $21.90, 40 oz $22.90. Listed regular prices: $39, $49, $59 and $69 respectively. The offer ends when this allocation is exhausted; later stock is offered at the listed regular price. No timed deadline applies.

Order processing and changes

We ship to the United States and Canada. Handling takes 1–3 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 2–4 business days in the US and 5–6 business days in Canada. Contact us promptly to cancel or change an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, the 30-day return policy applies. If an order cannot ship within the promised period, we will seek your consent to a delay or offer cancellation and a refund.

Product visuals are design renderings, not photographs or test evidence. Capacities are nominal. Cooling temperature, cooling speed, battery life, cycle life and cup-holder fit are not guaranteed numerical specifications on this page. Follow the supplied care and safety instructions. Separate the powered base before washing and keep it dry.

The 30-day return policy, 5-year limited lid warranty and 10-year limited insulation warranty below apply. These promises do not remove any statutory consumer rights.
