OWAVES Limited Warranty

The original purchaser receives a 5-year limited warranty on lid defects in materials or workmanship and a 10-year limited warranty on insulation failure under normal use, both measured from delivery. These cover the lid and insulated bottle body respectively; the powered cooling base and battery are not covered by these extended promises. Your purchase record is proof of coverage; no separate registration is required.

Email [email protected] with the order number, a description and supporting photos. We assess the claim and provide repair or replacement of a covered component at no charge, including authorized shipping. If repair or replacement is unavailable, we offer an appropriate refund. We confirm the dispatch estimate when a claim is accepted; same-day parts dispatch is not promised.

Normal cosmetic wear, accidental damage, modifications and damage from misuse or care contrary to supplied instructions are excluded. This warranty does not promise a particular water temperature, cooling duration or fade resistance. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
